Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, as a courtesy to other clients after you, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule or alter your appointment, please give a 24-hour notice. If there are 3 or more same-day cancellations or missed appointments, you may be asked to secure your future appointments with a credit card.

This policy allows our salon to run as smoothly as possible and also gives us the opportunity to take care of our guests that are patiently trying to get off our waitlist.
